1. When will my ready-made item be shipped?
Ready-made pieces are posted the next business day. Choose Regular Post or Express Post at checkout. You’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number to follow your parcel.
2. How long does it take for made-to-order items?
Made-to-order pieces take 1–2 weeks to craft before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
3. Can I choose my shipping method?
Yes! Both ready-made and made-to-order items can be sent via Regular Post or Express Post.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping times vary by location, and all international parcels come with a tracking number.
Jewellery Sizing, Fit & Materials
1. How do I know my size?
Check the product description for each piece—sizing details are listed there.
2. How do your pieces fit?
- Ear cuffs, toe rings, and adjustable pieces have a slightly flexible design for a snug and comfortable fit.
- A gentle bend or adjustment is normal and part of the design.
3. What materials do you use?
- 0.999 fine silver: Highly pure, less tarnish than sterling silver, flexible, and snug. Slight bending is normal, so handle with care.
- 18k gold plating: Applied over silver for a beautiful finish.
4. Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our pieces are hypoallergenic.
5. What’s the difference between 0.999 fine silver and sterling silver (925)?
- Sterling silver (925): 92.5% silver + 7.5% other metals; durable but tarnishes faster.
- 0.999 fine silver: 99.9% pure, less tarnish, more flexible, and comfortable for adjustable pieces.

1. What kind of packaging do you use?
Minimal and eco-friendly, using recycled materials wherever possible.
2. Are your gemstones ethical?
Yes! All gemstones are lab-grown, conflict-free, and sustainable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Details
1. How long does a custom or made-to-order piece take?
1–2 weeks to craft and get ready for shipping.
2. Can I request a special design or engraving?
Currently, we do not offer special designs or engravings.
Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return my jewellery if I change my mind?
- EU Customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Australian & International Customers: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or not as described.
Important: Earrings and custom/engraved pieces cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
2. What if my item is faulty or not as described?
- All customers worldwide: Faulty or incorrectly described items can be returned for a repair, replacement, or refund.
3. How do I return an item?
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Provide proof of purchase and describe the issue.
- We’ll guide you through the return process.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
- Faulty items / items not as described: We cover shipping.
- Change-of-mind returns (EU only): Customers cover shipping.
5. How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Care & Cleaning Your Jewellery
1. How do I care for my jewellery?
- 0.999 fine silver: Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Minor tarnish over time is normal.
- Gold plating (18k): Avoid water, perfumes, and lotions. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
2. How should I store my jewellery?
Store in a dry, cool place, ideally in a jewellery pouch or box, to prevent scratches and tarnish.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
1. What should I do if my parcel is lost or delayed?
Use your tracking number to check its journey. If there’s a delay, contact us and we’ll investigate with Australia Post to ensure it arrives safely.
Discounts & Promotions
1. Do discounts or sales affect delivery time?
Yes—during promotional periods, it may take a little longer (1–2 weeks) to craft and ship your piece due to higher order volumes.
